At OACAS, we initially engaged PoD’s Team for Project Management to support the launch of our first Business Intelligence Information Product. Our initial engagement was with Hazel and her organizational and planning skills were exceptional. Through the engagement and analysis, PoD helped us solve a problem we didn’t know we had: – for the service we were launching, we needed to identify Who, What, Where, Why and design the related processes to ensure the How (our operating plan) would be structured for success.  We are grateful for Pearl Operational Design Inc.’s capabilities and insight which drove our holistic information program. PoD worked with us to design all the component processes from the consumer perspective, while at the same time helping our team and organisation to evolve.
