Operational Strategy

Built end to end three phased strategy that created structure, incentives, training and project identification. Coached team through process improvement initiatives.

Organizational Culture

Developed program pillars and conducted culture workshops to ensure transformation “led with people”.

Training

Supported training staff on lean six sigma methodology.

Results

  • Identification and implementation of 8 initiatives with both organizational savings and best practices
  • Organizational adoption of best practices for process, project, and performance management
  • Organization was recognized at a national conference for its people centred, focussed implementation

  • Continued program support three years into implementation
