Project Description

Operational Merger

Mid sized Health Care Institution

Background

PoD managed a voluntary integration of two health care centres with the objective of increased capacity for client service without a significant increase in operating costs. Historically, there was a cultural disparity between the two organizations which threatened the expected benefits of the merger.
