Tajé holds a degree in Information Technology Management (TMU) and rounds out her skillset with several certifications in Change Management (CMS), Six Sigma Lean Professional (SSLP), Workshop Facilitation, Human-Centered Systems Thinking, Change Leadership and Executive Board Readiness.
