Process Analyst

Zulema is a process analyst whose work is focused on identifying, planning and designing business process improvements. 

Zulema is a high-capacity administrative professional with over two decades of experience in admin management, project planning and event planning. She enjoys the challenge of analyzing symptoms, identifying what is wrong, finding and implementing solutions. Her passion is to create and implement processes and systems that allow staff and organizations become more efficient – she is always looking for ways to make life better for peers and the organizations she works with. Zulema places a high value on communication, ensuring that she understands the needs of clients. This value works alongside her discussion facilitation skills where she is able to drill down and help teams to focus on set priorities.

Prior to joining Pearl, Zulema served as a missionary in South Central LA working with inner city children and teens using her Library & Information Technician education to create a safe and fun space for learning, she has held several administrative roles in churches throughout Southern Ontario and was part of a core team that created a new relational network for ministry leaders, globally. 

Zulema will routinely say that problem solving is her love language.
